All I will remember from this week is that Nathan Peterman threw 5 picks in the first half. I will also remember from a micro standpoint of how I much I wanted to burrow myself into the ground after every pick he threw. I just felt bad y’know? Imagine how he felt. Coming out of Pitt…

* The above article was cut short due to complaints from upper management saying how no one cares about how Andrew feels about Nathan Peterman. The rest of the article can be found by following @411SportsNow on twitter and tweeting at Andrew a 280 character tweet on how much more you will donate to charity after watching Nathan Peterman throw five interceptions. Thank you. Now back to the week 12 Foresight.

… I mean that’s just the meaning of life right? Sigh. Poor guy.

WEEK 11 RECAP:

Player Who Scored More Than Everyone Thought They Would

Tyrod Taylor BUF QB = 18.12 Fantasy Points

It can’t be to much of surprise that Taylor coming in wasn’t a crazy scenario. But after they embarrassed him by benching him I was surprised at how hard and professional Tyrod played. I understand this is his life and he played his butt off but man would anybody give him slack for just throwing up a middle finger in the middle of a play or something?

Player Who Didn’t Score As Much As Everyone Thought They Would

Zach Ertz PHI TE = 1.8 Half PPR Fantasy Points

Dallas DEF had given up a TD and 50+ yards to Travis Kelce and Austin Hooper the two weeks prior so it was easy to think Ertz would have atleast a solid floor for the most consistent TE in fantasy this year. I wonder if Ertz losing a week and Alshon Jeffery turning it up as of late made Carson Wentz kind of see what life was without Ertz.

Player Who Scored As Much As We Thought He Would Because He Is Who We Thought He Was

Adam Thielen MIN WR = 21.3 Half PPR Fantasy Points

Thielen has really proven this year that he is one of the more sure handed and consistent receivers in fantasy. He continues his streak of catching at least 5 straight balls in a game and finds pay dirt for the third straight game. Thielen has been awesome value for a later round draft pick and they don’t reward fantasy points for this but he should definitely receive something for making Case Keenum look respectable for the time like ever and also making Bradford look like a Nordic God dressed in purple in week 1.

Week 11 Waiver Wire Adds Judged on a scale of Sigh, Meh, Eh, Gotta Get Him

Mike Davis SEA RB (EH)

The former Niner great Mike Davis completely took over the early down RB role on Seattle against Atlanta and ran with urgency that did not always show in San Francisco. I like that Mike Davis can catch making him an okay PPR option but seeing as though Mike Davis is the #1 back in Seattle really shows just how bad Seattles running game is.

Corey Clement PHI RB (EH)

Making an appearance on this segment for a second time is Corey Clement A.K.A. The Eagles Red Zone Specialist. He charges by the play and guarantees to be a red zone threat as long as it is actually in the red zone.

DFS Stud To Build Your Team Around This Week

Todd Gurley LAR RB vs New Orleans Saints

Until Zeke comes back this section may or may not be dominated by Gurley and Bell. After Gurley’s TD on the opening drive I really thought he was going to have a much better game but the Vikings D really clamped down. The Saints have allowed 100+ yard games to Aaron Jones and Samaje Perine but they only achieved those because the Saints didn’t blow them out. I’ll expect the Rams Offense to keep up in this one expect atleast a score from Gurley.

Sneaky DFS Play This Week

Kenny Stills MIA WR vs New England Patriots

If Matt Moore starts this week then I will expect Kenny Still to have a nice ceiling because Matt Moore does not care about Jarvis Landry or Devante Parker. They were not nice to him at some point during training camp and he is taking it out by only throwing it to Stills. Seriously, take last week for example. Stills was doing NOTHING with Cutler under center. Moore comes in for the second half. BOOM. Kenny Stills goes BOOM. Buy Kenny Stills stock if Moore starts. YOU HEARD IT HERE!
